Install the app on the Android phone that takes your business calls. When a call rings out, that phone texts the caller back within seconds — from your own number. Do I need a new number or call forwarding?
No. Other services route your calls through a number they own. LeadRebound runs on your phone, so texts come from the exact number your customers already dial — the one on your van, your cards, your Google listing. Nothing to port, nothing to forward.
Does it work if my phone is off or has no signal?
No — everything runs through your phone. It's what notices the missed call and sends the text, so it needs to be on and have cell signal. In a dead zone, or with the phone off, the call never even reaches your phone; callers land in your regular voicemail. LeadRebound is for the calls you miss because you're too busy to answer — mid-job, mid-appointment — not for being off the grid.
What happens when I do answer?
